A super large strip today, mainly because it has the good old standard ‘repeat three times’ style of joke telling. I’ve been looking forward to finding a suitable break in the storyline for this Special for some time now, so here it finally is.
Feel free to post this wherever you wish! Pass it around if you think it’s humourous. I won’t say no!
Next update is School Spirit’s seventh birthday, so the annual Birthday Week is beginning. So far we have one reader submitted piece of birthday art to follow the Birthday Strip, so there is plenty of room for any late comers to join in. If not, I might have to scrounge around and find something to fill at least Thursday’s spot. I’d rather not, it’s report writing week!
Cheers till next time!

Nice ;-D Excellent joke, and one I can honestly say I’d never heard before!
Throw us a link to where we send stuff, eh? I have an idea based on an old strip you did :)
Ah, of course… didn’t realise that the last time I updated comicpress that it reset the whole front page – have forgotten to put the email address back down the bottom there…
It’s schoolspiritcomic@yahoo.com.au
One of the things I never thought to double check! :)
Fair Dinkum! It’ll be jake because I forgot I had your email address from the last time you had requests for submissions!
Either I’m a silly drongo or I’ve a kangaroo loose in the top paddock! :-D
Cheers!
Doesn’t happen often when sat at the computer, but this one made me laugh out loud. Well done!
Toilet humor never gets old, does it. This one just made me giggle out loud in my cubicle because the punchline caught me by surprise — I had no idea what direction you were going in, haha.
Also, it is adorable to watch The Doctor try to sound Aussie in the comments…
Also, isn’t this the third time or so this little kid has shown up? Next thing you know, he’ll have a name!
Never would “try” to sound Aussie :) I’m an American, through and through – however, I do hope it makes a smile on occasions for Mr V to hear someone use some of his native strine :)
Sorry Tal – the word “adorable” made my skin crawl :)
Glad this one brought out some audible chuckles! The little feller has turned up a few times now, but as for a name, I think he’s probably just going to be the Prep kid (prep being the year between Kindergarten and Grade One) for a while yet. He’s turned up about four times, maybe, but I think on at least one of those times he had different hair…
I’ll give you points for trying with the Strine, Doc. You haven’t quite made it yet, but you’re getting there. It’s not as bad as listening to our politicians try to slip it in to their speeches in an inane attempt to sound more Australian than the other bloke though, so you’re doing better than many others who should know better! :D
