Another School Spirit Special.
The Easter Fair is a good little fundraiser. Running the Whack-a-ferret stall was fun too. A little ball with a ferret face quickly drawn on in texta is rolled down a long piece of polypipe with a little corner on the end so it can escape along the asphalt. The kid has about a metre of distance in which to whack it with a mallet to win a prize, usually just a little chocolate egg. 20c a turn, 3 for 50c.
You make a decent amount of money for a cheap outlay, and clean the kids out of all their left over 20c pieces. They’ll sit there forever trying to hit the ball!
